Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was not even in the building as advertised, in poor shape with a bad smell in the living room/kitchen area, dirty walls, no extraction hood in the kitchen area, and no detergent for the dishwasher. The room was also smaller than expected based on the pictures and overpriced for what was offered.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located within walking distance between the Altstadt and the Medienhafen, with a quick 20-minute walk over to the other side of the Rhine. The rooms were fantastic, clean, and comfortable, although mine was not even in the building; it was in the other building. The service was great, with friendly and helpful staff. However, I did experience some noise issues with music still blaring at 3:30 am. The location was excellent, by the water and within walking distance to various activities and places like the Carlplatz market. Despite being far from tourist attractions, the convenience of the location was perfect for exploring Dusseldorf. The dining options were limited but needed, and the facilities provided were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, though I wish there was a microwave available. The service was responsive and commendable, though it was unfortunate that the cleaning staff left at 6 pm. The location was convenient, situated near the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. The facilities offered were decent, providing a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms I stayed in were in poor shape, with a bad smell in the living room/kitchen area and dirty walls. However, the units had great views and fantastic furniture. The price seemed a bit high for what was offered.
The rooms are absolutely lovely, offering comfort, but the cleanliness is in poor shape. There's a bad smell in the living room/kitchen area, walls are dirty, and no extraction hood in the kitchen. However, no detergent for the dishwasher is provided, and it's considered too expensive for what is offered. The location is great by the water, with walking distance to various activities, but it's far from tourist attractions like the old town. The service is top-notch; however, it leaves at 6 pm, which can be inconvenient. Dining options are needed, despite home-made products being available. The facilities are nice, and there are amenities such as laundry and tours/ticket assistance.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, offering great views and lovely furniture. The location was convenient for exploring both the Altstadt and the Medienhafen areas, although the actual room size was slightly smaller than expected based on pictures.
The hotel is conveniently located between the Altstadt and the Medienhafen, making it easy to explore both areas. The rooms are lovely and come with a walk-in closet, offering a comfortable stay. The service was attentive, addressing any issues promptly. While the location is ideal for a quiet holiday, it may be a bit far from some tourist attractions. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and fully equipped with great views and fantastic furniture, but they were smaller than expected and had a lingering smell of cooking from neighboring rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, with prompt cleaning service; The location was convenient, near the city center and within walking distance to various attractions, although it might not suit those looking for a leafy secluded neighborhood. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the facilities offered were generally good.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large, bright, and clean with fantastic furniture, but it was too hot to sleep comfortably at night. While the room was big, cozy, and fully equipped, the lack of a microwave was a downside. Unfortunately, the room was in poor shape, had a bad smell in the living room/kitchen area, dirty walls, and lacked essential items like detergent for the dishwasher. Additionally, the price seemed high for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and fully equipped, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable bad smell lingering from the neighbor's cooking. The location, however, was excellent, right in between the Altstadt and the Medienhafen, allowing for easy exploration of the city. Despite the drawbacks in the rooms, the overall experience was satisfactory.
